| Episode Narrative | Several supercell thunderstorms affected the mountains and foothills of extreme northeast Georgia during the afternoon and early evening hours. Very large hail, damaging winds and a few tornadoes accompanied the storms. |
| Event Narrative | A tornado begin in Franklin County, then crossed into Hart County a little south of Royston. The tornado lifted just northwest of Vanna. Damage was mainly confined to downed trees and power lines. One tree fell on a home in the Vanna area. |
