| Episode Narrative | Severe thunderstorms merged along an outflow boundary near the city of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Large hail and flash flooding occurred along with an outflow boundary interaction producing a short-lived EF-unknown landspout tornado that crossed Interstate 80 by Burns. |
| Event Narrative | Images and eye-witness reports confirmed the presence of a short-lived landspout tornado formed by thunderstorm outflow winds east of Cheyenne. The landspout tornado in its life cycle moved southeastward crossing Interstate 80 and knocking over a wind break fence. Given the lack of a damage indicator for the fence and no other damage reported, the landspout tornado is listed as an EF-unknown with path and width estimated. |
