| Episode Narrative | An area of low pressure and an attendant cold front crossed the Mid-Atlantic Region on April 25, producing severe wind gusts and four tornadoes, including two long tracked EF-2 tornadoes over northeast North Carolina during the evening. |
| Event Narrative | The tornado tracked from just southeast of Chapanoke at the Perquimans/Pasquotank line northeast to just northeast of Elizabeth City where it dissipated. Several homes or mobile homes were damaged or destroyed on Foreman Bundy Road and Lobell Lane. |
