| Episode Narrative | Tropical Storm Fay produced only one recorded tornado in west central and southwest Florida. |
| Event Narrative | The tornado formed over Lake Rosalie, moved onshore into Camp Rosalie, then dissipated. Five structures in the camp were damaged by the tornado. Car ports and mobile home roofs were peeled back in places. |
