U.S. Drought Monitor Update for March 26, 2013
According to the March 26, 2013 U.S. Drought Monitor, moderate to exceptional drought covers 51.6% of the contiguous United States, a slight decrease from last week’s 51.9%. The worst drought categories (extreme to exceptional drought) held steady at 16.9%.
