Extreme Events of 2012—A New Climate.gov Video
Climate.gov posted a new video starring Deke Arndt, Chief of the Climate Monitoring Branch at NCDC. The video entitled “Extreme Events of 2012” recaps the drought, cold, and massive storms, which were among the devastating weather and climate-related events that struck the United States in 2012. These events were incredibly destructive and disruptive for people across the country. The video also discusses the relationship between climate and extreme weather.
