A stationary thunderstorm dropped heavy rain over the west slopes of the Sangre De Cristo Mountains resulting in excessive runoff and flash flooding. Water flowed across State Road 592 southeast of Chupadero. A rural road was washed out on Tesuque Pueblo and several yards were flooded there. |
