Episode Narrative Very cold air with temperatures dropping to near 20 below zero was accompanied by wind speeds of 10 to 25 mph. These cold temperatures and winds drove wind chill readings down to 35 to 45 degrees below zero in southwest Minnesota from the night of February 19th through the morning of February 20th.
