| Episode Narrative | A strong upper level low pressure system combined with surface temperatures near the freezing mark resulted in light ice accumulations on overpasses, bridges and elevated surfaces across the Big Country. At times, this light freezing rain occurred simultaneously with large hail. Since temperatures were between 31 and 34 degrees, most locations had less than a quarter inch of ice accumulations. |
