Episode Narrative Snow accumulated 2 to 4 inches in southwest Minnesota during the morning and early afternoon of February 4th. Most of the snow fell near Interstate 90, but a 4 inch report was received at Marshall in Lyon County with 1 to 2 inches reported between these areas. The snowfall made travel conditions slippery.
