| Episode Narrative |
Two very powerful storms with origins in the Tropics brought hazardous weather to the Pacific Northwest. The entire forecast area experienced heavy rainfall for an extended period of time. This abnormally long period of consistently heavy rainfall led to widespread flooding. Two rivers in southwest Washington exceeded major flood levels, which fueled extensive flood damage. |
