Episode Narrative An upper level disturbance crossed New Mexico on the 23rd, producing a significant round of snow over the West Central mountains and |Sandia/Manzano mountains from the 22nd into the 23rd. Strong winds from this system were recorded over the far east central plains.
Event Narrative There was also a sustained wind speed of 40 mph at the Clovis AWOS at 1155 am.
