Episode Narrative Dense fog covered all of south-central and southeast Wisconsin for nearly two days, resulting in numerous cancellations of airline flights and some civic functions. Warm, moist air on southeast winds flowing over melting snow was the factor in the dense fog formation. Visibilities were reduced to 1/10 to 1/4 mile.
