Episode Narrative Heavy rains, strong winds and even mountain snows accompanied a potent Pacific storm system. The most significant impacts were from flash flooding across portions of southern and southwest Utah.
Event Narrative Flash flooding was reported in Telephone Canyon and a few smaller slot canyons. An observer reported that the north fork of the Virgin River at the Narrows was near bank full.
