Heavy rain caused flash flooding in northern Gila and southern Navajo Counties. |

Flash flooding in Star Valley flooded about 20 homes and caused debris/rock slides in many locations. All crossings of the East Verde River were closed...one crossing was flooded 50 yards wide and up to 10 feet deep. Four homes were evacuated in Beaver Valley. New asphalt was ripped off parts of the road in Beaver Valley. Flooding was also reported on Highway 73 from near Carrizo to near White River. |
