| Episode Narrative |
A cold front moved slowly into southeast Minnesota during the late evening hours on September 30th and the early morning hours of October 1st. Thunderstorms along and ahead of the cold front produced excessive rainfall amounts of up to 3 inches in two hours. This caused flooding in northern Dodge County. |
| Event Narrative |
Heavy rain produced flooding along the Middle Fork of the Zumbro River causing it to exceed 100 yards wide at some points. A bridge along County Road 7 caused the river to dam which also led to more flooding. Water was 2 to 3 feet deep running through fields and many roads were impassable. |
