Episode Narrative The remnants of Tropical Storm Henriette continued to track across west Texas and southeastern New Mexico as it was being absorbed by a cold front moving through New Mexico. The flow of moisture from the Pacific Ocean, moderate instability, and marginal shear contributed to flash flooding and severe thunderstorms.
