Episode Narrative Tropical Storm Henriette formed in the eastern Pacific Ocean and made landfall along the western coast of Mexico. The storm's remnants moved northeast across Mexico, entering the United States near El Paso. The system brought abundant moisture to west Texas and southeastern New Mexico resulting in flash flooding and severe thunderstorms.
