Episode Narrative Heavy, slow moving thunderstorms caused flooding in the Fremont river. Damage was reported in Capitol Reef National Park.
Event Narrative Flash Flooding occured just south of the city center in Bloomington, with water, mud, and small boulders across the roadways. In addition, the storm drain was washed out.
