Rainfall of around one inch fell in less than one hour causing street flooding east of Town Square in Jackson. At least one basement was flooded during the storm. Additionally, pea-size to one-half inch diameter hail occurred for about 15 minutes with the thunderstorm. The hail covered the ground to a depth of one inch. |
