Event Narrative Heavy rain caused mud, rocks, and water to spread from higher terrain south across Little Cottonwood Creek Road. At least one culvert and part of the road were to be replaced following the flash flood. The basement of one ranch house about six miles west of Winchester was inundated by the flood waters and mud.
