| Episode Narrative |
A lone severe thunderstorm brought large hail and heavy rain to portions of northern Hot Springs and western Washakie counties. |
| Event Narrative |
Heavy rain caused mud, rocks, and water to spread from higher terrain south across Little Cottonwood Creek Road. At least one culvert and part of the road were to be replaced following the flash flood. The basement of one ranch house about six miles west of Winchester was inundated by the flood waters and mud. |
