Episode Narrative A vigorous upper level storm system across the four corners region pulled out into the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandle region into the Central and Southern Plains. A weak warm front located near a Tyler, Texas to Lake Charles, Louisiana line during the evening hours of the 29th. Numerous showers and thunderstorms developed across the four state region producing locally heavy rainfall amounts near the Toledo Bend Reservoir and Sam Rayburn Reservoir of deep east Texas.
Event Narrative Excessive heavy rainfall led to flash flooding in town resulting in many city streets under water. Flooding was also reported along Hwy 705 and 1751 near the Ayish Bayou.
