| Episode Narrative | Thunderstorms erupted across the western and eastern counties of the CWA. Across the western counties, a subtle convergence boundary provided an initiation point, but instability was the highest over the eastern counties where scattered afternoon storms developed. Most of the storms this day were pulse-like storms due to weak deep layer wind shear. A few strong to severe storms over the eastern half of the CWA produced hail ranging from nickel to ping pong size. |
