Radar estimated that about 4 to 6 inches of rain fell in two distinct bursts within about a four-hour period over rural parts of northeastern Caswell County. A Flood Advisory and later a Flash Flood Warning was issued but no flooding was reported. |

Emergency manager measured close to 6 inches of rain for this event which is fairly close to radar estimated amounts. The heaviest rains fell between Hamer and Semora. He confirmed that no flooding was observed despite the very heavy rainfall. |
