| Episode Narrative | Clusters of strong thunderstorms developed over much of west central Alabama during the late afternoon hours. The storms moved northward across northwest Alabama producing a period of gusty winds, heavy downpours and frequent lightning. The winds downed trees and power lines in Lauderdale and Colbert Counties. |
