Episode Narrative The afternoon of Sunday, July 1st, isolated thunderstorms developed in southwest Minnesota, and drifted northward across the Minnesota River Valley. Some of the storms became severe and produced up to ping pong size hail near St. George. Other isolated severe storms developed near Mora and produced quarter size hail.
