Episode Narrative Severe thunderstorms impacted the Rio Grande Valley once again on March 20th, bringing well needed rain across the region. These thunderstorms were fast moving, but still dropped .35 inches of rain in McAllen, .2 inches in Brownsville and 1 inch in Harlingen.
Event Narrative Brooks County saw no change in drought conditions. The western half of the county remained in D1 drought, while the eastern half of the county was in D2 drought conditions.
