A batch of strong thunderstorms that developed over the northeast plains of New Mexico produced localized severe hail. The main area of storms impacted the region from eastern San Miguel into southeast Harding and southwest Union counties. Another area of thunderstorms developed later that evening over Curry and Roosevelt counties. |
