| Episode Narrative | The drought continued to grip the Big Country, western Concho Valley and the Northern Edwards Plateau. Exceptional drought continued to plague the region mainly north of Interstate 20 and west of U.S. Highway 283. The community of Robert Lee continues to build a pipe line that will bring water into the community from the Oak Creek Reservoir and nearby groundwater sources. Although some beneficial rains have fallen, many ranchers have not replenished their heards. |
