Widespread rain lifted north across the ArkLaMiss during the morning and into the afternoon hours of February 3rd. Flash flooding also occurred across this region as the heavy rains from the thunderstorms fell over areas that received rain earlier in the day. Additional heavy rain fell on February 4th across the region. |
