Two to three inches of rain were reported within only a few hours in addition to the rain from earlier in the day with the passage of the warm front. Roads were made impassable by fast moving floodwaters and mudslides. Approximately 260 homes and businesses were impacted in Marion, Monongalia, and Preston counties combined.
