Episode Narrative An area of low pressure over the northwestern Gulf of Mexico allowed an abundance of moisture to move north across the region. A few storms with heavy rains crossed portions of northeast Louisiana. The heavy rains combined with saturated soil conditions to cause flooding of several roads in eastern portions of Tensas Parish.
Event Narrative Water was reported across several roads in eastern portions of the Parish.
