Episode Narrative An upper level disturbance crossing the lower Great Lakes fueled thunderstorms across the region. In Wyoming county, thunderstorms produced hail one-inch in diameter. In Ontario county, thunderstorm winds downed trees and branches. In Lewis county, the thunderstorms winds downed trees and power lines. Moose River Road near Porters Corners was blocked by fallen trees. The heavy rains that accompanied the thunderstorms produced flash flooding in parts of southern Erie County, In North Collins, multiple roads were flooded and closed and travel was difficult.
