Episode Narrative Increasing moisture along the New Mexico and Arizona border, along with an upper level disturbance, provided a focus for thunderstorm development across southeast Arizona. Some of the storms produced heavy rainfall, strong winds, and frequent lightning.
Event Narrative Thunderstorm wind gusts over 60 mph resulted in minor damage in Fort Thomas. Several truck trailers were blown through yards resulting in a few outbuildings being destroyed. A tool shed was also severely damaged and a few small trees were downed.
