Episode Narrative	The first major monsoon surge of the summer moved into Utah on the second week of July. This moist airmass produced several flash floods, including multiple floods in Capitol Reef National Park. In northern Utah, where the lower levels of the atmosphere remained drier, some thunderstorms also produced severe wind gusts.
Event Narrative	Flash flooding in Zion National Park stranded visitors along the North Fork of the Virgin River, specifically in the Orderville Canyon area.
