| Episode Narrative | Another weak upper level storm system moved out of West Virginia into our area during the afternoon. This combined with a trough of low pressure in the Piedmont to trigger afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Enough instability was present for a few of these to become severe. |
| Event Narrative | Thunderstorm winds knocked down several trees in the area. One on Burton Chapel Road, one on Route 62, and another limb on Griers Church Road. |
