| Episode Narrative | Missouri River flooding continued in June with the river rising to record levels and having major impacts. The flooding forced evacuations of populated areas, affecting many homes, businesses, parks, recreation areas and other lowlands. |
| Event Narrative | Flooding from upstream spring snowmelt and subsequent heavy rain continued to worsen for most of June. Lowlands along the river including several roads and recreational areas were flooded. The highest stage at Chamberlain was a record 9.6 feet above flood stage at the end of the month. |
