A slow moving thunderstorm produced heavy rain and flooding along the east slopes of the Bighorn Mountains. Flooding was reported along Blue Creek in southwest Johnson County. |

The public reported 1.9 of rain at the Blue Creek Ranch near Barnum. The creek was out of its banks and flooding property at the ranch. The creek was reportedly carrying a significant amount of debris out of a nearby canyon. |
