Episode Narrative On August 3rd, a nocturnal mesoscale convective system that brought severe weather earlier to Michigan and Indiana continued southward across the Kentucky Bluegrass Region. This system produced scattered damage from winds estimated to range from 55 to 65 mph in and around Lexington during the mid-morning hours.
Event Narrative The County Highway Department reported trees downed on Hawkins-Cummins Road. Trees also fell across Brentsville and Bethlehem roads.
