Upper Level disturbances combined with a warm and unstable airmass to produce widespread showers and thunderstorms across the Mid Atlantic. Some of these storms became severe, producing large hail and damaging winds across portions of the eastern pan handle of West Virginia during the afternoon and evening of June 12th. |
