Episode Narrative Thunderstorms moved across southwest Nebraska and northwest Kansas during the late morning and afternoon hours. Dozens of reports of penny to quarter size hail were received, and isolated flash flooding occurred.
Event Narrative Hail one-half to one inch in diameter fell for over 20 minutes with hail accumulating to two inches on the ground.
