| Episode Narrative |
A wave of low pressure rode along a stationary boundary over northern West Virginia, producing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. A highly moist atmosphere supported heavy rainfall rates and training activity combined with saturated ground was enough to cause isolated flooding. Rainfall amounts of up to 2.01 were reported. |
| Event Narrative |
