Episode Narrative A wave of low pressure rode along a stationary boundary over northern West Virginia, producing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. A highly moist atmosphere supported heavy rainfall rates and training activity combined with saturated ground was enough to cause isolated flooding. Rainfall amounts of up to 2.01 were reported.
Event Narrative Basement was flooded near Route 50.
