Episode Narrative Strong low pressure moved from South Dakota to Minnesota and pulled much colder air into North Dakota. Snow, coupled with 25 to 35 mph wind, resulted in winter storm criteria being met along the Canadian border in Divide, Burke, and Renville counties. Snow amounts were 6.5 inches at Crosby and 7.5 inches at Sherwood. Watches were issued Sunday morning the 29th and warnings were issued Sunday afternoon for the Monday the 30th event.
Event Narrative Seven and a half inches of snow and wind gusts to 35 mph were reported at Sherwood.
