Late in the afternoon of the 6th, a cold front had pushed to a line from near Valley City (ND) to Park Rapids. Ahead of the cold front, temperatures surged to the upper 80s to around 90. Showers and thunderstorms formed along the front and one thunderstorm dropped large hail. |
