Episode Narrative A 994 mb surface low pressure center over north central Arkansas moved northeast along a quasi-stationary front into extreme southern Illinois. Lines and clusters of thunderstorms developed coincident with the surface low and southeast of the low.
Event Narrative Three to four feet of water was across the main street in Gracey. The road was impassable.
