Episode Narrative The combination of melting snow and some rainfall helped to push some southeast Minnesota rivers out of their banks during the latter half of the month.
Event Narrative The combination of rainfall and melting snow pushed the Zumbro River at Zumbro Falls out of its banks. The river exceeded the flood stage from the 23rd into the 24th. The river crested at less than a foot over the flood stage at 18.69 feet.
