Episode Narrative The combination of melting snow and some rainfall helped to push some southeast Minnesota rivers out of their banks during the latter half of the month.
Event Narrative The combination of rainfall and melting snow pushed the Cedar River at Lansing out of its banks. The river exceeded the flood stage for a short period on the 23rd. The river crested just over the flood stage at 18.02 feet.
