The combination of melting snow and some rainfall helped to push some southeast Minnesota rivers out of their banks during the latter half of the month. |
| Event Narrative |
The combination of rainfall and melting snow pushed the Cedar River at Lansing out of its banks. The river exceeded the flood stage for a short period on the 23rd. The river crested just over the flood stage at 18.02 feet. |
