Several ice jams caused minor flooding along the White River from northwest of White River to the Missouri River during the last half of February. |

The White River fluctuated above and below flood stage for several days, causing minor flooding of agricultural land. The river gage southwest of Oacoma along SD Highway 47 crested at 21.4 feet, or 6.4 feet above flood stage. |
