Episode Narrative The combination of a strong arctic cold front and an upper level disturbance produced light snow across much of the Mid-South during the afternoon hours of January 20th, 2011. The snow began to taper off during the evening hours. Up to an inch and a half of snow fell across extreme North Mississippi. Some accidents occurred as a result of the hazardous road conditions.
