Episode Narrative A strong area of low pressure moved northeast out of the Ohio River Valley spreading heavy rain and warm temperatures into the region. Temperatures warmed into the 50s with 3 to 5 inches of rainfall. The combination of heavy rain and melting snow caused minor flooding on many rivers.
Event Narrative Heavy rain and melting snow caused minor flooding on the Kennebec River at North Anson (flood stage 15.0 ft) which crested at 15.6 ft.
